The With Leather Bad Wrestling Theme Lyrics March Madness Tournament — Round 1

Written by Brandon Stroud / 03.12.13

There it is. After the initial 16 entrants chosen by With Leather and the follow-up, fan-chosen 16, the first annual With Leather Bad Wrestling Theme Lyrics March Madness Tournament has its brackets and is ready to begin.

Now comes the hard part: trying to decide which of these is worse than the other.

On the following pages you’ll find the match-ups listed above. You’ll be asked to reconsider the song lyrics and make your decision in the individual polls under each battle. Your votes will be the only thing deciding the winner, so vote early and pressure everyone you know to vote for your favorite entrants. Votes will count until Monday, March 18. I’m pushing for an American Males/Buff Bagwell showdown in the With Leather bracket, but I’m not gonna be aggressive about it. I also kinda want Kaitlyn to shock the world and take the whole thing.

Anyway, you made this happen, so now let’s make it big. If you don’t, Biker Taker will EXPLODE AT YOU~.

Billy Gunn Ass Man lyrics

It’s March. That means everything has to be a tournament, right?

This year, we’re playing along. We’ve built an incredible, incredibly funny community of wrestling fans at With Leather thanks to the popularity of the Best and Worst of Raw and Impact columns, and with WrestleMania fast approaching, I thought now would be the perfect time to organize a reader input fueled, wrestling themed tournament.

So, I hereby formally announce the 1st Annual With Leather Bad Wrestling Theme Lyrics March Madness Tournament. Here’s how it’s going to work:

The Best And Very, Very Worst Of Vintage WCW Promo Photos – Part 2

Written by Brandon Stroud / 01.16.13

WCW Promo Photos

On Monday, we shared with you the best (Cactus Jack) and very, very worst (Hail) of World Championship Wrestling’s 8×10 promo photos from the 1990s. If you thought Dave Sullivan petting a rabbit was as deep as the well ran, you’re in for a treat.

Behold, part two of our epic WCW promo photos quest, once again visiting the pro wrestling company that threatened to put WWE out of business before collapsing in on itself and folding in the shadow of stars like Kwee Wee and Disqo. The next 50 WCW photos tell the story of the company … full of amazing pro wrestling talent, but also (unfortunately) full of everything else. Take a long, hard look at that picture of Ric Flair. If you can’t see the terror in his eyes, you’ll start to pick it up around slide 30.

If you showed part one to everybody you know, follow-up with this one.

The Best And Worst Of WWF Monday Night Raw, Episode 1

Written by Brandon Stroud / 07.23.12

WWF Money Night Raw first episode Best and Worst

Pre-show notes:

- Welcome to another Best And Worst Retro Report, this time celebrating the 1000th episode of WWE Raw. Make sure to come back tomorrow and read the Best And Worst of that show, if I can make it through four hours of Rock and D-X without going into teenage acid flashbacks and throwing myself through a window.

- This report is thanks to WWE Fan Nation, who put up the show in its entirety this week. Feel free to go watch that first, or watch it along with me.

- If you’re reading this on Monday afternoon (and it’s still July 23), make sure to head over to our Raw 1000 celebration thread, featuring special celebrity guests like NXT’s Derrick Bateman, awesome rap guy Action Bronson and Mr. Belding from ‘Saved By The Bell’. You seriously do not want to miss that.

- Comments, likes, twitter shares, and everything else are deeply appreciated. If you want to see more retro reports, get the word out and make this one a success!

And now, from tween Brandon Stroud, the Best And Worst Of WWF Monday Night Raw for January 11, 1993.
