Nets forward Richard Jefferson — a man far too pretty for prison — allegedly choked a man in a swanky Minneapolis hotel in January, causing the man to lose consciousness and, months later, file charges against the NBA star.  According to the victim's complaint:

Lyle Fox was having a private birthday party (he turned 28 that morning) at the Graves. Fox noticed that Jefferson came into the roped-off party area, prompting Fox to ask him to leave.

Jefferson "became very angry," grabbed Fox and threw him onto a bench. Then the 6-foot-7, 225-pound Jefferson "grabbed the victim by the throat with both hands and began to choke him. The victim went unconscious for a small amount of time."

Wait, he's talking about the Richard Jefferson that plays for the Nets, right?  Because the Jefferson I've seen would never do this to another man.  Unless he was coming on to that man.  I'm really more likely to believe he was engaging in some rough foreplay than he was attacking another man.

Nets forward Richard Jefferson announced his engagement to former Nets dancer Kesha Nichols last week, which of course will do nothing to stop the rumor that he's the Net rumored to be gay, a rumor that was rumored to be started by Joumana Kidd when her divorce from Jason Kidd was at its nastiest.

ANYWAY, Kesha now dances for the Sugar & Spice Dance Troupe (rawr!), which you can watch below under the ruse that it includes video of an NBA player's fiancee.

Nets forward Richard Jefferson forever dispelled any rumors that he might be gay by appearing at Scores last night. So we can just drop the gossip talk, okay? He's totally straight. Really. Guys! He thwearth ith true. Here's the disturbing item in its entirety: 

Donna Karan, her daughter and two female friends watching the topless Scores girls on the main stage from their ringside table as New Jersey Net Richard Jefferson sat at the main bar.

I'm sorry, but the ol' brain on Matt is having trouble comprehending this one. First, do you have any idea what Donna Karan looks like? Hint: it's not sexy. Do groups of girls really do this? "Hey Gabby, can your mom take us to Scores tonight?"

And they took a table on the main stage. While RJ was farther away at the main bar. Not that I'm insinuating that Donna Karan is a creepy old lady who likes naked ladies more than Richard Jefferson does, but… wait. No. That's exactly what I'm insinuating.
