Philadelphia Eagles defensive back Asante Samuel does not like wide receivers. He wishes he could put all the wide receivers of the world into a pile and just blow them to smithereens. You know what he says about wide receivers? That they all look alike. One time he told Roddy White to go back to Alabama-Birmingham.

We’ve also heard a lot about Samuel’s dedication to bulking up and improving his tackling. The vicious hit on Dexter McCluster in Kansas City was a start. If Samuel smacks players like that during the regular season, it would be hard not to move him up higher on this list.

I’ve always wondered why we never see larger gents on TV, and this video after the jump might be a big reason why. This is Charley Belcher (of the Hamburg Belchers, presumably). Charley is out in the field doing a stand-up report on a skateboarding camp in the area, but in order to get to his interview subject, he’ll have to run through a pack of youngers. The featured gentleman in this post is Hawthorn’s Jordan Lewis, of Aussie rules football fame. Lewis decides to chase down a ball in the vicinity of Bulldogs player Jarrod Harbrow and gets totally leveled for his trouble. You can tell by the way the arms jut out from his body. It’s as if he’s trying to doggie-paddle toward that white light.

There’s something magical about mentally deficient people and motorcycles. When these two dangerous things come together, it’s as magical as a unicorn getting those deep grass stains out of your baseball pants without using bleach. Following the fold is a solid montage of motorcycle crashes that made me both laugh and cringe. And then I laughed some more, because I realize that sharing videos like this is what I get paid to do.
