Far be it for me to judge another man, or specifically a man with millions of dollars, a smoking hot model/actress girlfriend, and two NBA championships, but I couldn’t help but at least slightly raise my eyebrow when Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade posted the above photo of what I believe is his foot on his Instagram account with the following message: “Matte black paint… RockStar ish.”

So yeah, one of the best basketball players in the world paints his toenails. Close your eyes, clear your mind, take a deep breath, and imagine the stupid responses that he received.

A for effort, but it doesn't make much sense.

Dwyane Wade was pissed that the Indiana Pacers were celebrating their Game 2 win in Miami earlier this week, and he was pissed that the refs weren’t calling fouls the way he’d prefer. So when most people expected him to respond with a Dwyane Wade game in Indiana last night, he shocked everyone when he barely showed up with a Harold Miner game. Wade scored 5 whole points as the Pacers trounced the Heat 94-75, and the “haters”, I believe, are throwing a parade in every major city this morning.

It’s just one game, and unless the Heat lose the next one, I think it’s safe to say the notion of the Heat being in panic mode is a bit silly and premature. But for at least one night, the people who have begged and prayed for the Heat to lose were celebrating their butts off on Twitter. And my favorite Tweet, which I assume was meant to mock all of the people Tweeting incredibly nasty comments at Wade and the Heat, came from Wade’s girlfriend, Gabrielle Union.

Nothing beats a good "Who farted?" picture.

Despite the Chicago Bulls resting Derrick Rose and the Miami Heat giving Chris Bosh the night off, a lot of people called last night’s matchups between the 1- and 2-seeds in the Eastern Conference a preview of the conference finals. With all due respect to the Boston Celtics and maybe the New York Knicks, they’re probably right. So if you’re looking beyond the Bulls missing their centerpiece and the Heat missing their ostrich versatile big man, Miami won this battle, 83-72.

Realistically, the only value of this game is that Miami still has an opportunity to steal the No. 1 spot from the Bulls. But perhaps I’m not looking at this from the players’ perspective, because Dwyane Wade showed everyone just how intense an Eastern Conference Finals featuring the Heat and Bulls could be, when he tossed Rip Hamilton on his butt after he got a tad too pokey with his elbows.
