Yesterday afternoon we shared with you the video of 19-year old Australian track and field star Michelle Jenneke winning the 100m hurdles at the 14th IAAF World Junior Championships in Barcelona, and while that in itself is not necessarily the recipe for viral video success, a beautiful woman go-go dancing before destroying everybody at hurdles is. The video was quickly taken down (because even track and field doesn’t think you should watch track and field) but just as quickly replaced with dance music and slow motion versions.

Australian hurdler Michelle Jenneke won heat 2 of the Women’s 100 metres hurdles at the 14th IAAF World Junior Championships in Barcelona over the weekend, and if you watch the following video closely you’ll take away three major observations:

1. Michelle Jenneke is good at hurdles.
2. Michelle Jenneke is smoking hot.
3. Michelle Jenneke is the only thing your brain will let you think of when Michelle Jenneke is dancing.

While everyone else is stretching out and concentrating, Michelle starts go-go dancing. The announcers mention how she’s “certainly having fun”, and then she kills everybody at the hurdles. When she wins, she hugs everyone and waves at the crowd.

UFC’s Middleweight Champion and longest reigning champion Anderson Silva is on the cover of Rolling Stone Brazil, and Rolling Stone’s only two ideas for photos are “take off your clothes” and “do something stupid”. Thankfully Anderson Silva is awesome and could make either of those great, and since he’s already taken off his clothes, here’s him doing something stupid.

Silva wears two different Michael Jackson outfits — Thriller era Jackson with his red leather coat of zippers and post-Moonwalker Smooth Criminal-ish fedora-and-kneesocks Jackson. He really goes for it, too, doing a solid job of spinning and kicking and fey hand gesturing and yelling. Like Jeremy Lin Does The Dougie and “Teach Me How To Gundy” before it, this clip of Wes Welker, Patrick Willis and Larry Fitzgerald holding Dougie Dance-Offs at ProCamps youth football camps will be forever compared to that one time Kate Upton got bored at a basketball game and semi-Dougied on video.

Kate’s Dougie was named our #1 Sports Moment Of 2011 and has almost 8-million views on each of the 11-million YouTube accounts hosting a copy, but the Welker version has its own charm, namely watching a bunch of kids learn the value of teamwork and sportsmanship while dancing to a song containing the lyric, “And when I asked for some head da bitch looked at me funny, daaah!”

I know they’re dancing to the Kidz Bop version (all the “girls” love you, sure), but it’s fun to pretend. A +1 goes out to Welker for being the only pro taped dancing himself, and a +100 to the Kate video, which has once again taken 100% of my attention and is available below. It’s like an old friend.
