Back in July of 2011, we posted a video of Spanish golfer Miguel Angel Jimenez’s borderline erotic, hypnotically fascinating warm-up routine. It wasn’t a viral smash (nobody “did the Miguel Angel Jimenez” for a week or anything) but it was a wonderful piece of film to watch. Guy is basically touching his junk to the ground in a squat, playing a sport and smoking a cigar at the same time. Just wonderful.

Now, thanks to some forward-thinking gent at Golf Monthly, comes a head-on look at The Miguel Angel Jimenez, explained from the mouth of the man himself. He does his golf yoga, his “little dancing move” and practically jams a golf club up his ass, and yes, he starts off the clip with a cigar in his hand. If there are three things Miguel Angel Jimenez loves, it’s (1) golf (2) smoking (3) EXTREME LIMBERNESS.

As I wrote yesterday, I’m a one-man Spring Break party this week, celebrating some of my favorite moments of debauchery and youthful indiscretions all this week. Today, we’re taking a trip all the way back to 2004, for a dance competition that gets a little out of control for one young couple.

Dayna had saved up almost three months of her part-time pay from the Piercing Pagoda to make sure that this was the craziest Spring Break of her life. The single mother of a 3-year old son, Dayna has never been able to enjoy a Spring Break, well, unless you count the weekend adventure in Cocoa Beach that led to little Sisqo’s conception. Fortunately, Dayna’s mom agreed to take her grandson in for a few days, since her boyfriend and Ratt cover band frontman, Trent, got locked up for selling Percocets to Deltona high schoolers again.

Dayna and her best friend Bev loaded up her ’89 Dodge Caravan and hit the road for Daytona Beach, where a room at the Desert Inn was screaming their names. They didn’t have a lot time to waste, so it was straight to Razzle’s for the world famous Thursday Night Throwdown dance competition that let lucky couples shake their groove thangs for a shot at $300, matching Corona thongs and a week’s worth of Billy Boy condoms.

There was just one problem – Dayna didn’t have a dance partner! Whatever would she do?

Wade Boggs is no stranger to being awesome on television … this is the guy who got punched out by Barney Gumble for arguing Pitt The Elder against Lord Palmerston and shilled the hitting prowess of former WWF Intercontinental Champion Mr. Perfect. Here, we see the Hall of Fame third baseman dancing at an Oklahoma City Thunder game, because a camera is on him, and because Wade Boggs is the best.

I try not to be super “Internet” when I share these videos and just type “check out wade bocks dancign click here …” and hit publish, but … yeah, that’s it, it’s Wade Boggs dancing.

Or it could be TV’s Richard Karn. As they get older, it gets harder to tell the difference.

Conan O’Brien’s ‘Clueless Gamer’ segments are the best. If you frequent UPROXX, you may have already seen him play through ‘Skyrim’ as a cat named Mr. Buttons or not give a shit about ‘Minecraft’.

This week’s segment reviews ‘Just Dance 4,’ enlisting the help of U.S. Olympic soccer gold medalist/the Internet’s girlfriend Alex Morgan. Alex and Conan dance their way through Carly Rae Jepsen’s ‘Call Me Maybe’ and Europe’s ‘The Final Countdown’ before Conan gives up completely and leaves Alex to roll around on the floor by herself.

It’s five minutes of Alex Morgan dancing in workout clothes, people, you don’t need me to blurb this for you. Video is below.

So far, our coverage of sports-related instances of ‘Gangnam Style’ has been light. I couldn’t resist writing about the Oregon Duck’s version (because it is awesome), but I’m not quick to relive the ‘Call Me Maybe’ parody and tribute video terrors of the spring and summer.

That said, here’s Gangnam Style Rampage Jackson.

Funny enough, this clip of Jackson doing Psy’s signature horsey dance contains less air humping than a normal Rampage interview. If you need more backstory than “everybody loves that song and Rampage will do anything for attention”, here’s a recap from Maggie Hendricks over at Cagewriter:

Jackson had communicated with Psy via Twitter, telling him he’s working on the dance that has become a viral sensation. He also said he was practicing the dance by himself when a teammate walked in. Awkward!

Skip to the 1:15 mark in the video to check out the dancing. Ariel Helwani’s a much better interviewer than me, I would’ve just stood up and flipped the table.
