This move is 100% guaranteed to defeat all armbar attempts. Will work for any grappling art, for new or advanced practitioners.
The only problem with ULTIMATE ARMBAR DEFENSE is that you can’t really wrap your arms around your neck and squeeze, because you’re just gonna fall asleep. That’s what happens to Sanders here, and even though his bio blurb says he’s a purple belt under Cobrinha, I’m guessing he learned ULTIMATE ARMBAR DEFENSE from a sorority girl who didn’t want to sleep with him.
