wwe should stay in brooklyn for ever !!

The TLC match was booked just great. It’s so odd when the E does something reasonably well – why can’t they do it more often?

The Shield kind of reminds me of a less accomplished version of the WCW Radicalz angle back when Malenko, Eddie, Saturn, and [deleted] jumped ship.

It’s too bad that Cena-Ziggler had to end with shenanigans, because up to that point it was the match of Ziggler’s life.
Also, we got wins from the Shield, Cesaro, Rhodes/Sandow, Ziggler, Del Rio, and Not Sheamus all in the same PPV. And in mostly fun matches! Zero complaints here.
As a match, I honestly wasn’t feeling it. The same goes for Show/Sheamus. It’s hard to get into a garbagey brawl when you’ve just seen a much better one earlier in the night.
They weren’t Shield/Ryback & Hell No, but the latter two were still very good in their own right.
one complaint only … kofi won when everyone were chanting “let’s go barret !” -_- …
Too hopeful to think that this is just AJ getting Cena out of her system? Or does she really like guys who make her feel like shit? Or could she just be through with love stories and set her goddamned sights on the goddamned belt?

In a world where WWE took storytelling seriously, it would be interesting. In the real world, she’ll be labeled a crazy hoe-ski tomorrow night.

In my fantasy booking dreams, she goes out and cuts a promo about how patronizing and insulting Cena was to her, and she realized their time together was a mistake brought on by how ashamed Vickie was making her feel… AND the crowd recognizes it as truth, A.J. becomes super Diva face to fight Eve, and Cena gets booed by everyone every time he shows up.

WCW and Russo were great about that. I think DDP got turned on at 3 consecutive PPVs at one point during the Russo era.
I don’t know, for the longest time I always thought Cena was more Sting than Hogan. This just continues to confirm it.

While we’re still talking, Best WWE Match this year?
I think my top three right now is this TLC match, Sandow/Sheamus from Smackdown a month or so back and something with Cesaro. I can’t think of a specific one at the moment but I KNOW there’s something from this year with that guy

My pick would be D-Bry Sheamus Extreme Rules
DBry/Sheamus Extreme Rules was good. I really liked Punk/Cena Night of Champions too. I had another one but I forgot it.
Yep, DBry v Sheamus at Extreme Rules by a wide margin.
All of the others that place high have Sheamus in them as well, though, so what do I know.
Punk VS Bryan at OtL is what I showed to people to convert them from wrestling haters to wrestling ambivalenters. So that one takes the cake for me.
Punk vs. Bryan at Over the Limit is there too. But yeah, Sheamus vs. Bryan from Extreme Rules still may be my favorite. It’s hard to really say when this PPV is so fresh in my mind.
Yeah that was the one, I rewatched the OtL match the other day and forgot how good it was. Also, I know we don’t like Triple H much, but I really liked Taker/HHH at WM.
BTW, Cesaro VS Ryder was his big breakout match for me and most people I know. That match had it all. Granted, I think to fully understand the scope of Cesaro you have to watch the Brodus Clay squash and the VS Gabriel feud.
HHH and Taker for me was great when it happened. I went back and re-watched it and didn’t enjoy it nearly as much. It was very much a great “moment” as opposed to a great match, at least for me.
Cena/Lesnar was fucking brutal, and I legit couldn’t figure out if Lesnar was shooting for a while in that match. It is a rare moment to feel that in wrestling anymore. Even with the ending I loved it.

anyone notice when Cole said the crowd was absolutely great? I was gonna point out that the crowd was absolutely terrible (minus like 2 spots in the shield match)…but they really came into when they chose Ziggler over Cena….made me shed a tear. They tooootally redeemed themselves
As part of said crowd, that place was rocking pretty much all night. There were plenty of people pro Daniel Bryan, pro Shield, pro Ziggler…the quieter matches were Cesaro (which I found disappointing, but then again he was fighting R-Truth), Kofi/Barrett (also disappointing, but that was because I wanted Barrett to win even though the pre-match interview showed where that one was going), and the Divas (understandable). All-in-all it was a great crowd, one of the best I’ve been a part of.
In fairness, I’m not sure how it translated through PPV (as live is one experience, and watching on TV is another)
The crowd seemed on fire all night from watching it on TV.
Brandon, if you do a Best and Worst of TLC, you should include all comments when AJ came out. Its funny seeing it go from anger to extasy in 60 seconds.

To be fair I think this is how it would go in real life for me. The 60 seconds thing might be a bit generous too.
The thing is, we’re not really happy about A.J.’s nonsensical Russo-esque turn. Just happy that it means Cena didn’t ruin Dolph Ziggler.
True, this just extends the AJ/Vickie feud. Cena can go on to win the Royal Rumble now.

Finally got around to seeing Trios a few weeks ago. You aren’t joking.
TLC had two really good matches and some honestly underwhelming undercard matches. Extreme Rules was amazing from start to finish.
the only reason I would prefer TLC over extreme rules .. is that cena won in extreme rules ! beating f*cking returning BRRROCK LESNERRR !! with absoloutly just goddamn 2 moves all match long (a shot to the face and AA on stairs) !!!!! that totally ruined it for me …
