Despite losing to Auburn last week in overtime, Louisiana Monroe is already my favorite college football team of the season. Except, and this is just a minor gripe, it’s so hard to find any picture of Warhawks cheerleaders. It really shouldn’t be a chore to find pictures of attractive college football fans on the Internet. Or maybe I’m just getting too old for this sh*t.

Nothing against Baylor, but I’d love to see ULM rebound and get back on a winning track. I just love underdog stories. Perhaps it’s because I’m a fan of a program that was considered an underdog for so many years but never actually did anything about that. College football is frustrating.

The Yankees took advantage of the Baltimore Orioles’ night off with a win to increase their lead to a full game in the AL East race, but those pesky A’s are in town now and they could really throw a wrench in the Yankees’ plans to win the division outright.

I was thinking about this last time – Since Smackdown is on SyFy, wouldn’t it be great synergy for the WWE to create characters named MegaShark and Crocosaurus to fight each week? I’d watch the hell out of that, especially if Tiffany and Deborah Gibson are their valets.

I was flipping through the channels yesterday and NXT was on. Alicia Fox was wrestling some wrestler named Paige. It was about an 8-10 minute match and was surprisingly good. When Alicia Fox is given some time, she can actually do some things right. She did a very nice tilt-a-whirl backbreaker and a nice bridge suplex. Paige looked pretty good as well. I hope she makes the jump to the big show soon. /cool story bro.
Dude, Paige is great. I saw her at the NXT taping I went to last month and I asked someone about her. She’s 19. Never felt so dirty.
