Week 1 fantasy football with FanDuel was a huge success, especially for me — despite my horrible fantasy sports acumen and inability to finish higher than 900th in a field of 850, I actually placed winning four bucks for my performance. You know how much it cost to sign up? Zero dollars. That’s a four dollar profit, and I’m terrible.
If you missed last week’s game, we’re giving you another shot. For Week 2′s weekend games, FanDuel has set up a contest worth $3,000 in prizes, with the top 300 finishers winning money. It’s only $2 to sign up this time, meaning even terrible players are almost guaranteed to double their money, and every entrant is allowed up to three teams. That’s pretty great odds, especially if you’re even sorta good at this.
Here’s how it works:

The game happens this weekend, so make sure to sign up and play. Beat me back into irrelevance, everybody!

Week 1 I ranked in the 1000s…yeah…I think it’s time for me to call it quits.
As I tweeted to Brandon, thanks to this post I went in and checked how I did last week.
I got second. I’m as surprised as the Ryback would be at an all-you-can-eat Panera buffet.
Finished in the 70s with $4 as well. Going to try more harder to win more dollar this time.
I actually won week 1. Not sure about the fanduel site as I tried to get my $50 and it kept redirecting me to different pages…none of which allowed me to get any money sent to me. Still haven’t got it.
