   “Olympic Dry Cleaners?” That’s not exactly how trademark protection works. Drycleaners are in no competition with the Olympic Games, seeing as how one cleans clothes and the other presents crappy events that no one cares about and everyone hesitates to call sports. There’s absolutely no chance of brand confusion. I guess they could argue that the drycleaner’s are trying to pass off on the good will of the Olympics, but who would want that?
