Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant has found his way back to the rap world, and yes I checked to make sure I spelled rap, rapper and rapping correctly for each use. Sorry, just wanted to get that out of the way first. This time, though, Kobe isn’t the man with the mic, as that honor goes to Chinese rap superstar Jay Chou. The video is for his single 天地一鬥 (Tian Di Yi Dou), which translates to “We Both Endorse Sprite”. The song features autotune, Nintendo sound effects, more autotune, Chinese lyrics, even more autotune, and some voiceovers by Kobe, while the video features crazy dope dance moves and some straight up ballin’ between Kobe and Jay.

Not to criticize the video or the artist too much, but I can’t help but feel like I’ve seen this video before…
