This is Australian archer Erika Anear, and she’s the best thing to happen to archery since Rambo putting those explosive tips on his arrows in First Blood Part II.
As best as we can tell, Erika lives on the east coast of Australia, where she just sits in the house all day and then tries to shoot 200 arrows every day to improve her craft. And she has managed to take off a little weight over the course of her career (this is her…on the left), despite enjoying hobbies occasionally at odds with one another.
Today I added 15 minutes of jump rope to my daily cardio. So current cardio regime is 15minute run at 12km per hour and 15 minutes jumping rope. Also 10 minutes of hill sprints when I pass the evil hill. May as well use it since it’s there. Not a huge amount of exercise, but I’m an archer not an athlete :D

The good: really good burger. Choice of rolls, maybe a little too much bread. great flavour, crisp lettuce. wasabi mayonnaise soooo goood….Okay, honestly I could have just eaten the chips with wasabi mayonnaise…
The bad: needed more salt… fries without salt are just the worst… but rescued by the wasabi!!!!
The evil: about $18 for a burger and fries.

I agree that she’s lovely and it warms the heart to see you guys admiring a “real” woman. I also doubt she had her boobs done, as it would have been a risky move with regard to her archery. Lastly, a personal observation…. woman has friggin’ PHENOMENAL skin.
