Last we heard from adult actress and dipsh*t business entrepreneur Devon James, she had been accused of paying boxer Teneal Goyco to dress up as Tiger Woods as part of her fantasy to sleep with the embattled golfer. The result of that plot was believed to be James’ alleged sex tape that she claims she has had for much longer. Well now it seems there’s not even a sex tape with a fake Tiger, but that’s not stopping James from trying to profit in general.
Devon and her husband Nick James have filed for bankruptcy in Florida (where the hell else would these people live?) and in doing so have admitted that there’s simply no sex tape at all. The problem with that is – at least to sticklers of things like the law – they’re still selling a sex tape on their web site and collecting money for it. That’s called fraud and now the James Gang(bang) is being investigated by Florida authorities. You know, once they’re done filing restraining orders against the son of God.

Given that many of porn star Devon James’ tales about her trysts with Tiger Woods have revealed gross exaggerations, it’s probably no surprise her much-touted “sex tape” of the tarnished golf star has turned out to be a bust.In bankruptcy documents filed in Florida by James and her husband, it’s disclosed that there is no Woods video — first revealed by Radar Online.
However, since James and her husband, Nick, are still collecting payments for that faux sex tape on their website, the Florida authorities have opened a fraud investigation.
I’m curious to see how exactly you punish two people who are allegedly stealing money while they’re filing for bankruptcy. Especially in Florida. Hopefully, they’ll be sentenced to prison time and Nick James can make a few sex tapes of his own. I’m sure OJ Simpson is available.

Judges cast a negative shadow over your case naturally if I choose to represent myself & avoid legal services. That sucks, but the system is so fucked & full of lobbying & interest dollars that muddy any idea of true justice (Hulk Hogan’s wife can sue him for half his money & GET IT! Really?
