They’re drawing teams for the 2010 World Cup right now, and the Americans are in Group C with England, Algeria and Slovenia. Team USA’s first game will be against the English, and the USMNT is considered to have been fortunate in their draw.

Group A – South Africa, Mexico, Uruguay, France -Oh my word.

Group B – Argentina, Nigeria, South Korea, Greece

Group C – England, USA, Algeria, Slovenia

Group D – Germany, Australia, Serbia, Ghana

Group E – Netherlands, Denmark, Japan, Cameroon

Group F – Italy, Paraguay, New Zealand, Slovakia

Group G – Brazil, North Korea, Ivory Coast, Portugal

Group H – Spain, Switzerland, Honduras, Chile –IOL.

So yeah…soccer. But honestly, that drawing presentation made the NFL draft look downright speedy. Thank the heavens for Charlies Theron, whose “MRF” bracelet was noticeably absent.
