I think the match-ups have more to do with the games being not so great than the short week. Thanksgiving games are often exciting (except for the Lions games).

And, yeah, the announcing is terrible.

The game arn’t boring, it’s just Matt Millens idiocy and the monotone voice of Bob Papa doing it. Your brain shuts down to protect itself, essentially turning yourself into a mindless blob, much like a coma patient…or Matt Millen.
