This is Oscar Rojas from Mexico launching a quick strike against Trinidad & Tobago that somehow finds the back of the net. Usually shots like this fly 20 feet over the crossbar, and then the camera cuts to the guy, whose body language seems to say, “Hmm, I guess I missed that one a little bit.” It’s curious that Rojas runs to the sideline for the celebratory hugs. I guess he just wanted some fresh arms. Mexico won, 2-1.
Trinidad & Tobago must be really good friends to play on the same team together. But I bet if Trinidad woulda played by himself, he would’ve gotten his ass whipped.
