SUSPECTED ‘LESTER BARRED FROM FENWAY
05.14.09
A Massachusetts man charged with possession of child pornography (or as my stepfather calls it, “the futures market”) asked for a stay on his home confinement to attend Red Sox games. A federal magistrate said no. From WLBZ:
[Brian] Rossi [not pictured] wears a monitoring device and is only allowed to leave home for court-approved medical and legal appointments. But he asked the judge if could attend 13 baseball games with family members because he bought the tickets before his February arrest.
He has pleaded not guilty to federal charges accusing him of possessing videos and printed images of boys ages 8 to 12 involved in sex acts.
However, I understand that the Archdiocese of Boston have made him an honorary cardinal. So there’s that.

The petitioner’s disappointment was lessened when he learned the headline announcing “the A’ss are in town for a double-header” was an unfortunate typo.
I’m sure all Red Sox fans possess child porn so what’s the big deal, let him go to the game.
1 down, 40,000 more season ticket holders to go.
He can always sell the tickets on stubhub.
That’s not a porn site, is it?
“But he asked the judge if could attend 13 baseball games with family members”
How in the hell do his family members want to hang out with him. Wait… whats that? His family members are all asian schoolboys? Nevermind.
Because in Boston “Good with children” takes off in a very different direction. Bet his basement is packed like a La Petite Academy at nap time.
