04.08.09 MMA SUBMISSIONS TAUGHT BY HOT WOMEN

Cage Potato brings us this clip of women demonstrating some mixed martial arts hold. I didn’t really understand what it was since the actual instructor is mumbling in some shoddy English accent and the demonstrators seem to have forgotten their clothing for the day. Oh, that’s too bad. I just demonstrated a different hold on myself, and now it looks like I need a couple tissues. You can follow the link for more videos, and you’ll be ready for the octagon before you know it. By “ready for the octagon” I meant “chafing,” just so we’re on the same page.
