Part of the almost-hidden subtext between Duke and North Carolina is the unspoken quasi-arms race in which both schools have engaged to accumulate Caucasian athletes. In fact, when Kyle Singler missed this dunk , five of the ten players on the floor were pigmentally challenged. Oh, by the way, UNC won convincingly, 101-87. It was their fourth straight win at Cameron Indoor Stadium.
Singler’s miss wasn’t nearly as awesome as Vince Carter’s flubbing of this alley-oop in Chapel Hill (after the jump), but at least Carter missed spectacularly, and that always counts for something. Especially field sobriety tests.
