So, uh, not to be the guy that reads too much into things, but SI.com’s NCAA football section has some great headline writers. Way to honor Pat White’s Senior Bowl performance, guys.
Too bad it wasn’t the annual Blue-Gray game. That could have led to some great headlines. “Black man’s free work on the field promises higher bids for his services at April auction.” Or is that too subtle? I’m no good at this.

This is almost as disturbing as the White (Arctic Shatter!) Powerade.
They should get the guy who does headlines for the Washington Post.
“Kristol Severs Ties With the N.Y. Times”
Um, he was fired. For gross incompetence.
That’s nothing. You should have seen the headline after Jeremy Crackers scored a TKO of Everett Coons in a recent super middleweight fight…
Headline in our local paper last week:
Pedophile loses appeal
Really? What did it? The weight gain or shaving the mustache?
+1 WWSM.
I would like to know what (ESPNews anchor) Michael Kim’s slant was on this game.
Enrico, I just know that he was pulling for the team that had the most Yellowjackets.
ESPN News’ Anish Shroff was dot on…um spot on with his SB analysis.
Remember when the Cardinals’ lefty gave up a walkoff HR to Evan Longoria?
“King taken out on a shot by Ray”
