• Every Day Should Be Saturday comes up with a list of Bowl names that should exist.  A tremendous compilation, with none better than the last.
• Will Leitch interviews the authors of Fire Joe Morgan for Deadspin.  With bonus updates on “The Office.”  Try to get THAT kind of info out of Moneyball.
• Sports by Brooks turns up a picture of Alicia Sacramone in a sauna with a friend — then employs the laziest and least inspired blogging trick in the book: a caption contest.  Great material, bad execution.
• Ball Don’t Lie has the most subtly creepy photo I’ve seen in a long, long time.  But then, I’m terrified of clowns.  I’d rather endure nuclear winter than be in a room full of clowns.
• Tough actin’ Gunaxin has the ultimate gallery of Carrie Milbank photos.  She’s the Texans cheerleader turned sports reporter that we’ve adored in the past.  *Adored = pictured naked.
