I always see those little skateboarding douches trying to ride rails like that and wiping out at the grocery store parking lot. This motherfucker went ahead and rode the whole rail on his back. Pretty sweet if you ask me.
either this skiier is lost in the 80s or is really worried about being hit by a mack truck while skiing downhill. Personally i think they need to make Frogger skiing with moving vehicles on the hill THAT would be the #1 new olympic sport.

i compete in freestyle ski events like this all the time, this isnt really an uncommon crash, even though this one is particularly painful looking.
the kid wasnt hurt, i think ive talked to him once. he's registered on newschoolers.com, probably the biggest freeride skiing site on the internet. this happened like 3 years ago, so you can imagine how many times this video has been posted. it's kind've a running joke at this point. the kid has gotten about a million times better since then i heard, and it's really embarassing for him that this is all over the internet.
other than that, all i have to say is ski school is OBVIOUSLY > than ski patrol…shit

This is my roommate skiing and he has improved greatly since this video was taken (about 3 years ago) The crash does look painful however i believe that he just strained his acl. most of the time this video is listed as "skiier breaks legs" which is false
