ChrisP - The Giants were up in that game 21 nothing within the first 4 and a half minutes.  I don't think it took a beta cassette to tell they were going to pass the rest of the way.

I don't get why this is such a big deal. A coach stands on the sidelines and gyrates and jiggles and waves his arms where God and everyone can see, and there are probably 50,000 people in the stadium with camera phones plus 8-20 TV cameras, and every one of them could spend the game trained on this guy, and within about 10 minutes they'd have all the signals figured out, but the other team can't point one camera at him? You mean if a coach yells to a linebacker 30 yards away, "HEY BRONKO! I WANT YOU TO BLITZ ON THIS NEXT PLAY! YA HEAR ME? I SAID, BLITZ ON THIS NEXT PLAY," is the other team gonna get slapped $500G and draft picks for listening?

Cripes, it's not like the Patriots stole a playbook or something. The solution to this is for the teams to get better fuckin' signals, isn't it?
