Yesterday I asked what was going on in this photo taken at last weekend's Georgia-South Carolina game; today, we finally learn that Roger Swain, the sideline assistant pictured here, was arrested for aggravated stalking — not (as one commenter suggested) for drinking out of the wrong water fountain.

For all you rookies out there, stalking is a misdemeanor, while aggravated stalking is the felony charge you get when you re-stalk the same person after already being convicted of stalking.  It's really kind of a badge of honor.  It says, "I don't just misdemeanor obsess over you; I felony obsess."  And if I know anything about women, it's that they're looking for a guy who will pay attention to them.

Fun fact: the only other stalking charge more serious than "aggravated stalking" is "Elijah Dukes-ing."
