I watched the whole thing last night, and it was probably the most amazing basketball game I have ever seen.  And to see the look of defeat in the faces of the Detroit fans…priceless.  There are some things money can't buy.  For everything else there's Lebron James.

You know, if LeBron was pulling shit like that in grade school, his ass would have been riding the bench for not making the minimum of five passes before the shot.

Somebody help me; I couldn't find any pole vaulters in that clip…

They both suck. No way Popovich lets LeBron go off like that.

Anyone who thought that was boring didn't watch it.  It was the best individual effort I have ever seen.  He literally was scoring completely at will.  I can't think of anything more satisfying than watching him nearly tear down the rim at the end of regulation. If it was Lebron, Grady, Brady, Me and J.R. Rider playing for the Cav's, nothing would have changed.

Honestly, that was a TRANSCENDANT performance last night. I grew up watching Michael, and that was as close to him as I've ever seen. He was the whole team last night. No one on the Cavs hit a basket in the last 19 minutes of game time besides him, and his team won a road Game 5 in the conference finals. Unbelieavable.

 But what is even more unbelieavable is that Flip didnt double team him on that final basket. "Well, he's scored the team's last 30 points….lets let him go one-on-one with Chauncey with 2 seconds left."

Flip Saunders is, in fact, clinically retarded and the worst coach of all time.  As a Cavs diehard and monster hoops fan, that was amazing.  The greatest non-MJ performance of all time.

 Guys, it's ok to jump on the Cavs bandwagon.  This team can end the reign of terror of both Detroit and San Antonio if they get hot and continue to play ferocious d.  Hop on board.

Great performance by lebron last night but lets relax a bit. When he does this in the finals and gets his team a ring, then we can go all crazy about his greatness.

 Wade did this to the pistons last year as well (he was shooting around 80% FG for 3 consecutive game in the ECF) this team cannot stop an elite player that attacks the rim. 

The Cavaliers swept the Spurs this season.So you can hold your "Pop would never…" comments until he's actually staring down the barrel.

Ummm… i’m still a little weary to call drew gooden and big z’s hacks in the lane ferocious D just yet, but god dammit I hope you’re right. I will not sit thru another damn spurs/pistons final. I won’t do it dammit. The only hope for these playoffs now is Lebron finally cementing himself as one of the games’ best. Like Steve DeBerg said, he needs a ring to do this i think

the Spurs are praying for Cleveland because even though LeBron is shredding them right now, you better believe that San Antone will put a hurtin' on him.  Robert Horry will be bodychecking him into the third row.  The Cavs would be the easiest pickings for the Spurs because they can just focus on LeBron and to hell with the rest of them.  With the Pistons, anybody could step up and kill them and for Sheed, McDyess, Webber, Prince, Billups and Hamilton are a hell of lot harder to slow down than one guy.

I'm with Barkley and Kenny though. You've got to get the ball out of LeBron's hands even if it means you throw three guys at him at once.  And for the love of God, you got to knock him on his ass every now and then! 

Wade did not dismantle the Pistons by himself.  Remember that big guy on the Heat… I can't remember his name but I'm pretty sure he sunk a few baskets.  Wade penetrated and kicked far more.  I was never in doubt about who was taking the shot last night.

Two games in the regular season don't mean shit either.  The Spurs are on a roll like no team's been since the Jordan-era Bulls.

skinfan, you're making the same argument the Pistons fans made about how the Cavs couldn't beat them.And if Old Man Horry tried to hipcheck LeBron they'd have to carry his old bones off the court in a duffle bag. (See Rasheed's attempt at a hard foul in game 4. It ended with Rasheed on the floor.)
That being said, the Cavs haven't won anything just yet.
