ya, that should say “tug boat” not “tub boat”…more vodka for me!!
They use this technique in New Orleans a lot as well.
So THAT’s how you get down shit creek without a paddle.
This is actually how most of the barges are moved nowadays…although a team of super dolphins does sound intriguing…….
