The Wizards' DeShawn Stevenson, last seen getting beaten by Gilbert Arenas in a $20,000 three-point competition, has gone public with his relationship via the blogosphere. From the D.C. Sports Bog:
DeShawn Stevenson and LeToya Luckett are going public with their long-simmering relationship… LeToya, for those who don't follow this stuff, is the former Destiny's Child member whose debut album last year reached No. 1 on the Billboard charts…
Luckett was at the Wizards' game [February 20th]; Stevenson said it was her sixth of the season. He responded with 5 rebounds, 4 assists and a season-high 23 points on 9-of-11 shooting.
Nice pull, DeShawn (and nice scoop, Dan Steinberg). It's just too bad he lost that 3-point bet with Arenas. He needed that $20,000 to support LeToya's out of control bracelet habit.

Further proof that the music industry is in the shitter:
“LeToya, for those who don’t follow this stuff, is the former Destiny’s Child member whose debut album last year reached No. 1 on the Billboard charts…”
Someone had a number 1 album last year and I have no idea who they are.
Nice catch on the bracelets.
