Honestly, I can't believe the NBA referees aren't doing a better job of protecting Dwyane Wade. Just look at the abuse he takes, like in Sunday's game in Portland.
I mean, sure, the refs called a foul. But that was fucking flagrant. LaMarcus Aldridge should have gotten a T for that.

For a second there I thought I was looking at a clip from last years NBA Finals..ya breathe on that fucking guy and they’ll call a foul on you.
Being a Blazers fan (it’s where I live, I take no blame), I was at this game, and this call was when we were up by one point with a little over a minute left. Basically, Wade lost the game on an out-of-control attempt to get fouled, and the NBA decided that wasn’t right. That whistle was sooo late too. Instead, the Blazer’s defensive stop gets turned into a momentum killing two made free throws by Wade. Two plays later Brandon Roy goes for a lay-up gets hit with the body AND slapped across both wrists by Haslem, and of course, no call. And the game is over, Heat win. I didn’t think i could hate Wade and the ridiculous over-hype he gets anymore, but now i do. BTW, Wade had 17 free throw attempts, whole Blazers team = 7 attempts. Yeah.
I was a Pistons fan during the Bad Boys years. So the hatred and wrath I felt for Michael Jordan was palpable – damn near religious in it’s fervor.
And I officially hate Dwyane Wade more than I ever dreamed of hating Jordan.
