09.21.06 The NFL should just cancel the Raiders’ season

The Oakland Raiders have auditioned Tommy Maddox, although there's no indication either way that he'll be signed. Let's review the Raiders' QB situation this year:

1. Aaron Brooks (injured, sucks)

2. Andrew Walter (played last week, sucks)

3. Marques Tuiasosopo (started a game last year, sucks)

Cut in training camp: Jeff George (old, sucks)

Auditioned: Tommy Maddox (XFL MVP, sucks)

It's not even funny, just sad. I don't even like the Raiders, but when I think about them I actually want to cry. But that's because I've got some other stuff going on in my life. Maybe I shouldn't have named my parakeet Raider. He was such a good little bird, Raider! Why did I have to take him to the herpetology exhibit? WHY??????
